TBA Held in Old Town Eureka, Blues by the Bay is a two-day music festival in September, which hosts a line-up of premier blues musicians. The annual festival is held in Halvorsen Park, which overlooks Humboldt Bay, and includes food vendors, craft stalls and micro-brews from local breweries. Music runs from 10.30am to 7pm. TBA Come on out to the Farm Store for some animal loving fun! All the local animal rescue groups will be here showing off their loving adoptable animals. You can get your dog washed at the Heart of the Redwoods Dog Wash or eat a great burger from the 4H BBQ! We will be having our annual rescue auction full of some amazing vacation packages sure to get you out of town and having fun and all the money goes to the local animal rescue groups! Be here between 10 and 2 and have your talented pet help you win $500 cash at the Humboldt’s Pets Have Talent Contest! The judging goes on all day until 2 and at 3 we have the finals so bring your friends because the audience chooses the winner! The festival also features live music, a puppet show, inflatable jump houses and balloon artists. So much stuff will be happening so don’t forget to grab the kids, the dog, and get out here and have some fun while supporting our furry four legged loved ones!
